उसने हनुमान पर ब्रह्मबाण चलाया। गिरते समय भी हनुमान ने सेना का संहार कर दिया।

क्या उन्हीं राम का दूत बंधन के अधीन आ सकता था? हनुमान ने प्रभु के कार्य के लिए स्वयं को बँधने दिया। पहले चरण में ‘तरु’ का पाठ संदिग्ध है।
Could the messenger of that very Rama come under bondage? Hanuman allowed himself to be bound for his Lord’s work. The reading ‘तरु’ in the first clause is uncertain.
